Who you are actually trying to reach
A B2B campaign in Thailand usually has two audiences with different habits:
- Thai decision-makers and procurement teams, who research in Thai on Google, compare suppliers through personal networks, and move conversations to LINE and phone quickly.
- International or regional managers at multinational companies and BOI-promoted firms, who search in English and are reachable on LinkedIn.
Treating both as one audience — English-only content on LinkedIn, for example — misses most of the Thai buying committee.
Channels that work for B2B in Thailand
Search: Thai and English
People with a problem search for it. Bilingual service pages and Google Ads on high-intent terms (product + supplier, price, Thailand, or their Thai equivalents) are usually the most efficient source of B2B leads. See Google Ads & PPC.
Useful for reaching English-speaking managers by job title and company. Its Thai-speaking audience is narrower than in Western markets, so we use it for targeted account-based campaigns rather than broad awareness.
LINE
Thai business contacts commonly continue conversations on LINE after a first meeting. A LINE Official Account for the company — rather than salespeople's personal accounts — keeps those conversations and contacts owned by the business. See LINE OA marketing.
Content that answers procurement questions
Specifications, certifications, lead times, minimum order quantities, local stock and after-sales support in Thailand. These pages rarely go viral but they are exactly what a buyer checks before shortlisting you.
Trade events
Many Thai industries still buy through trade fairs at venues such as BITEC and IMPACT. Digital work around an event — pre-event landing pages, meeting booking, follow-up sequences — turns booth conversations into tracked pipeline.
Measuring B2B: leads are not enough
In B2B, a cheap lead that never buys is expensive. We connect your website and ad data to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or even a well-structured spreadsheet) so every lead carries its source, and we report cost per qualified lead and cost per deal, not just cost per form. For the maths, read cost per lead in Bangkok.
Typical engagement
- Buyer and keyword research in Thai and English for your category
- Bilingual landing pages and tracking (GA4 + CRM source fields)
- Search campaigns first, LinkedIn and LINE where the audience justifies them
- Monthly pipeline review with your sales team, so marketing optimizes toward deals
