Our CRO process
- Measurement check. If the conversion data is wrong, every test result is wrong. We verify tracking first (see our GA4 service).
- Research. Funnel analysis in GA4, session recordings and heatmaps, form analytics, on-site polls, and a review of customer-service chats — in Thai, because that is where Thai customers explain what stopped them.
- Hypothesis backlog. Every idea is written as "because we saw X, we believe changing Y will improve Z", then ranked by expected impact, confidence and effort.
- Experiments. A/B tests with a pre-registered sample size and stopping rule. We use sequential testing so that results can be checked during a test without inflating false positives — the method is explained in Stop Peeking: sequential testing.
- Ship and document. Winning variants are handed to your developers with specs; losing tests are documented too, because they stop the same idea being retried next year.
Thai-market conversion levers we check first
- Payment options and their order. Thai shoppers expect PromptPay QR, card, mobile banking and often cash on delivery. Which option is shown first, and how the QR step works on a phone, matters. Our Thai checkout patterns article covers this in detail.
- LINE as the "contact" button. For services and high-value products, a visible LINE Official Account button often suits customers better than a long form. We test it and track it as a conversion.
- Trust signals that Thai buyers look for. Company registration details, a Thai address and phone number, Thai-language returns policy, and real reviews from Thai platforms.
- Thai typography on mobile. Thai text has no spaces between words, so headlines and buttons can wrap in awkward places. Small layout fixes improve readability on the phones most of your traffic uses.
- Delivery cost and time shown early. Surprise shipping fees at the last step are a classic abandonment trigger.
When A/B testing is not the right tool
Testing needs volume. A site with a few dozen conversions a month cannot detect a realistic uplift in any reasonable time. For lower-traffic sites we skip formal tests and make research-backed changes, then monitor before-and-after with clear caveats. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.
